Â鶹ӰÒô High School put hold-in-place procedures in place for about 30 minutes as a precautionary measure Monday afternoon after the Â鶹ӰÒô Police Department reported receiving a threatening "swatting" call alleging a shooting incident at the high school. There was no evidence of such an incident, which a police investigation confirmed.

The school entered a hold-in-place and Â鶹ӰÒô police responded to the high school shortly after 2 p.m. Monday. During a hold-in-place, movement is limited in hallways but instruction continues in classrooms.

No other City School District of Â鶹ӰÒô schools were targeted in the call police received Monday afternoon.

Police confirmed there was no threat to Â鶹ӰÒô High and the school returned to regular security measures at 2:30 p.m.
