Percussion home show a hit!

The Â鶹ӰÒô Indoor Percussion Ensemble’s Home Show last Saturday was smashing!

Ensembles from seven high schools competed against each other, and the University at Â鶹ӰÒô Winter Guard and Pep Band also performed.

The Â鶹ӰÒô High varsity team’s competition performance – “The Heist” – involved an assigned mission to steal an emerald frog from a highly secure museum. The Falcon JV team also had an exhibition performance. Congrats to the varsity team for earning first place in the Percussion Independent A category!

The day ended with a spotlight on seven Â鶹ӰÒô High seniors in the Â鶹ӰÒô Indoor Percussion Ensemble who graduate this June. Two Â鶹ӰÒô High seniors that performed with the UÂ鶹ӰÒô Winter Guard also were recognized earlier in the show.
